No. Flow is a lightweight front desk layer that works alongside the PMS you already run. The Open Dental integration is included at launch, so intake responses and booked appointments stay in sync with the patient record.
Flow is built on the same platform as Natelio Referrals, which helps teams protect patient information with encrypted records, role-based access, and activity history. The clinic stays in control of its data and its workflows.
